Pre-Sales, Early Access & Countdown Clocks: Everything You Need to Know

Tickets for some shows may become available at different times depending on pre-sale access and membership benefits. Here’s how ticket releases work and what to expect when you’re getting ready to purchase.

🍷 Vinofile Member Early Access

Vinofile Members receive exclusive early access to many shows before tickets are released to the general public.

What This Means

  • Vinofile Members are able to purchase tickets 48 hours before the general on-sale date
  • Early access is one of the core benefits of Vinofile membership.

Important Notes

  • You need to be logged into your account.
  • Vinofile early access does not include a separate countdown clock.
  • During the early access period, members may still see the general sale countdown displayed on the event page.
  • Even if the countdown clock shows time remaining, members can still purchase tickets during their early access window.

If you are logged into your Vinofile account and tickets are available, you will be able to proceed with the purchase regardless of the general sale countdown timer.

You may notice a countdown clock on certain event pages.

What the Countdown Clock Shows

  • The timer reflects the general public on-sale time.

  • It indicates when tickets will be available to all guests.

  • It does not apply to Vinofile Member early access.

Even if a general on-sale time is listed, members can purchase tickets as soon as their early access window opens.

  • Log into your Vinofile account before attempting to purchase during member early access (preferably on your computer for a smoother experience)
  • Use the correct pre-sale link and code if one was provided.

  • Purchase tickets early as popular shows may sell out during pre-sale periods.
