๐Ÿ“ Can I use my membership at all City Winery locations?

Yes! Your Vinofile membership is valid at all City Winery locations.
Enjoy your benefits whether youโ€™re at your local City Winery location or exploring another City Winery venue.

 

โœ… How can I check the status of my membership?

You can easily see whether your Vinofile membership is active from your online account.

1. Log into your City Winery account

2. Go to My Account โ†’ Membership โ†’ Subscription Management

3.  Click on the desired subscription to check the status of your membership.

If you see โœ… ACTIVE, your Vinofile membership is running and will automatically renew:

  • Vinofile Plus (Monthly) โ†’ Renews automatically every month

  • Vinofile (Annual) โ†’ Renews automatically every year

 

๐Ÿ”„ When does my membership renew or expire?

  • Vinofile Plus (Monthly) โ†’ Renews automatically every month

  • Vinofile (Annual) โ†’ Renews automatically every year

No need to worry about missing perksโ€”your membership continues unless you cancel after your minimum commitment.

๐Ÿ’” Thinking about canceling your membership?

If youโ€™ve reached your minimum commitment period, you can cancel your membership anytime directly from your account.

Go to: My Account โ†’ Membership โ†’ Subscription Management โ†’ Click on the subscription to see more details โ†’ Click Cancel and confirm.

 


๐Ÿ™‹ What happens if I cancel my membership early?

Thinking about leaving our Vinofile program? Weโ€™re sorry to see you go ๐Ÿ’” โ€” but hereโ€™s how the process works:

  • If you cancel your Vinofile membership before your minimum commitment is up, your Vinofile membership will stay in Pending Cancellation until the commitment period ends.

  • During this time, youโ€™ll continue to be charged and will be able to enjoy all your Vinofile membership perks.

  • Once your minimum commitment is complete, your Vinofile membership will automatically be Cancelled. At that point, charges stop and perks are no longer available.

  • In your accountโ€™s Subscription section, you can see how many days remain until your Vinofile membership is fully cancelled, as well as any upcoming payments.

 

๐Ÿšจ If you cancel your membership, youโ€™ll need to purchase a new one to rejoin, as cancelled memberships cannot be reactivated.

 

๐Ÿ’ณ How can I update my payment information?

Need to update your card or payment method?

  1. Log into your City Winery account
  2. Go to My Account โ†’ Membership โ†’ Subscription Management
  3. Click on the desired subscription to see more details
  4. Click Edit next to the Payment Method section
  5. Enter your new payment information.
  6. When prompted, select this new payment method as your primary payment option for your membership.

 

๐Ÿ“… What is the minimum commitment?

  1. Vinofile Annual โ€“ one charge  with 1 year of continuous perks and rewards.
  2. Vinofile Plus (Monthly) โ€“ a monthly membership with a 6-month minimum.

After your initial term, both memberships renew automatically so youโ€™ll never miss out.
