Managing Your City Winery Membership

Have questions about your City Winery Vinofile membership? Not sure if your Vinofile membership is still active, when your Vinofile membership renews, or how to update your payment details? Here’s everything you need to know.

📍 Can I use my membership at all City Winery locations?

Yes! Your membership is valid at all City Winery locations and on our website.

You can enjoy your benefits whether you’re visiting your local City Winery, exploring another location, or booking through our website. 

 

✅ How can I check the status of my membership?

You can easily check your membership details from your online account.

1. Go to citywinery.com and log into your City Winery account

2. From the homepage, click the “Hello” button in the top-right corner (on desktop), or open the menu icon (☰) if you are on a phone. 

 

 

3. Click on My Account and go to the Membership section. Click on Subscription Management

 

4.  Click on the desired subscription to check the status of your membership.

  • If the status is ✅ ACTIVE, your membership is running and will automatically renew.

  • If the status is ❌ CANCELED, it means you no longer have access to your perks. To regain access, you’ll need to purchase a new membership through our website, as canceled memberships cannot be reactivated.

  • If the status is ⌛ PENDING CANCELATION, your membership will be automatically fully cancelled once you meet the minimum commitment. In the meantime, you can continue enjoying your perks.

 

 

🔄 When does my membership renew or expire?

No need to worry about missing perks—your membership automatically renews unless you cancel it once you have reached your minimum commitment.

💔 Thinking about canceling your membership?

If you’ve reached your minimum commitment period, you can cancel your membership anytime directly from your account.

Go to: My Account → Membership → Subscription Management → Click on the subscription to see more details → Click Cancel and confirm.

 


🙋 What happens if I cancel my membership early?

Thinking about leaving our program? We’re sorry to see you go 💔 — but here’s how the process works:

  • If you cancel your membership before your minimum commitment is up, your Vinofile membership will stay in Pending Cancellation until the commitment period ends.

  • During this time, you’ll continue to be charged and will be able to enjoy all your Vinofile membership perks.

  • Once your minimum commitment is complete, your Vinofile membership will automatically be Canceled. At that point, charges stop and perks are no longer available.

  • In your account’s subscription section, you can see how many days remain until your Vinofile membership is fully cancelled, as well as any upcoming payments.

🚨 If you cancel your membership, you’ll need to purchase a new one to rejoin, as cancelled memberships cannot be reactivated.

 

💳 How can I update my payment information?

Need to update your card or payment method?

1. Log into your City Winery account

2. Go to My AccountMembership → Subscription Management

3. Click on the desired subscription to see more details

4. Click Edit next to the Payment Method section

5. Click Add payment method.

6. Enter your new payment information and click Add.

7. When prompted, select this new payment method as your primary payment option for your membership. Click Change payment method to confirm.

 

📅 What is the minimum commitment?

Signed up before April 30th, 2026

Vinofile
  • The Vinofile membership has a minimum commitment of one year.

  • Your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel it.

Vinofile Plus
  • The Vinofile Plus membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months.

  • Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel it.

Signed up after April 30th, 2026

Vinofile VIP
  • The Vinofile VIP membership has a minimum commitment of one year.

  • Your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel it.

Vinofile VIP Plus
  • The Vinofile VIP Plus membership has a minimum commitment of one year.

  • Your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel it.
