Managing Your City Winery Membership

📍 Can I use my membership at all City Winery locations?

Yes! Your Vinofile membership is valid at all City Winery locations.
Enjoy your benefits whether you’re at your local City Winery location or exploring another City Winery venue.

 

✅ How can I check the status of my membership?

You can easily see whether your Vinofile membership is active from your online account.

1. Log into your City Winery account

2. Go to My AccountMembership. You’ll see which Vinofile membership program you’re enrolled in.

3. To check the Vinofile membership status, go to My AccountSubscription

 

If you see ✅ ACTIVE, your Vinofile membership is running and will automatically renew:

  • Vinofile Plus (Monthly) → Renews automatically every month

  • Vinofile (Annual) → Renews automatically every year

 

🔄 When does my membership renew or expire?

  • Vinofile Plus (Monthly) → Renews automatically every month

  • Vinofile (Annual) → Renews automatically every year

No need to worry about missing perks—your membership continues unless you cancel after your minimum commitment.

💔 Thinking about canceling your membership?

If you’ve reached your minimum commitment period, you can cancel your membership anytime directly from your account under the Subscription section.

 

🙋 What happens if I cancel my membership early?

Thinking about leaving our Vinofile program? We’re sorry to see you go 💔 — but here’s how the process works:

  • If you cancel your Vinofile membership before your minimum commitment is up, your Vinofile membership will stay in Pending Cancellation until the commitment period ends.

  • During this time, you’ll continue to be charged and will be able to enjoy all your Vinofile membership perks.

  • Once your minimum commitment is complete, your Vinofile membership will automatically be Cancelled. At that point, charges stop and perks are no longer available.

  • In your account’s Subscription section, you can see how many days remain until your Vinofile membership is fully cancelled, as well as any upcoming payments.

 

🚨 If you cancel your membership, you’ll need to purchase a new one to rejoin, as cancelled memberships cannot be reactivated.

 

💳 How can I update my payment information?

Need to update your card or payment method?

  1. Log into your City Winery account

  2. Go to My AccountSubscription

  3. Click Edit next to the Payment Method section

  4. Enter your new payment information.
  5. When prompted, select this new payment method as your primary payment option for your membership.

 

📅 What is the minimum commitment?

  • Vinofile Annual – one charge  with 1 year of continuous perks and rewards.
  • Vinofile Plus (Monthly) – a monthly membership with a 6-month minimum.

After your initial term, both memberships renew automatically so you’ll never miss out.
