Missing Points or Credits: What Should I Do?

Have an active Vinofile membership.

Download your Digital Membership Card using this link.
You can now use your digital membership card to earn rewards when you dine and shop at any City Winery location. You can now earn both loyalty points and F&B credits while enjoying food, wine, and drinks.
Simply add the pass to your mobile wallet by clicking here (from a mobile device) and show it to our team when you visit. We'll handle the rest!
With your digital membership card, you can also check your current points and credits balance anytime.

Verification Steps
Please, follow the steps bellow if you beleive some points and credits are missing from your balance:
1. Make sure your phone has a internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi)
2. Make sure the auto updates are turned on.



3. If needed, turn it back off and on again.
How can I report missing points?
If after this, your points and credits are still missing, please submit a request for our guest services team here. Make sure to select the option "My Membership or My Account" in the services option.
How the Loyalty Program Works
Loyalty Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Food & Beverage in person.
- Points can be earned at all City Winery locations.
- Points apply only to eligible purchases made after July 30, 2025.
- Trade 500 points for a pair of complimentary tickets.
F&B Credits
- Earn 1 credit for every $1 spent on Food & Beverage in person.
- For every 200 credits ($200), get $10 gift credit on your next F&B purchase.
- Credits can be earned at all City Winery locations.
- Credits apply only to eligible purchases made after April 30, 2026
- Once your $10 gift credit is available, it will automatically appear in your digital membership card, and youโll receive a push notification (if enabled).
