Once we receive your submission, our team will review it and get back to you within** 7 days of submission**.   ### 📝 Policy Complimentary Tickets - You can redeem up to **2 tickets per show** for a total of **500 points**. Single tickets cannot be redeemed for 250 points. - Tickets are **not confirmed** until you receive an email from us within** 7 days of submission.** - Requests are **subject to availability**. - **Seating** policy: Complimentary tickets are assigned to designated tables that may not appear on the public seating map. We’re unable to accommodate specific table or section requests. - **Cancellations or point reinstatements are not permitted**. - We will **only respond to complete submissions** with all requested information. - Requests from members with less than 500 points cannot be processed.
