To help us process your complimentary ticket request smoothly, please submit your request using the form below:

Once we receive your submission, our team will review it and get back to you, within 7 days of submission.

📝 Policy Complimentary Tickets

• You can redeem up to 2 tickets per show for a total of 500 points. Single tickets cannot be redeemed for 250 points.

• Tickets are not confirmed until you receive an email from us, within 7 days of submission.

• Requests are subject to availability.

• Seating policy: Complimentary tickets are assigned to designated tables that may not appear on the public seating map. We’re unable to accommodate specific table or section requests.

• Cancellations or point reinstatements are not permitted.

• We will only respond to complete submissions with all requested information.

• Requests from members with less than 500 points cannot be processed. Please check your points balance in your digital membership card.

• Depending on the event, a food and beverage minimum may apply.
