How do I check my points balance?

To help us process your complimentary ticket request smoothly, please submit your request using the form below:

⏳ All requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the show date.

Once we receive your submission, our team will review it and get back to you, within 10 days of submission.

You can redeem up to 2 tickets per show for a total of 500 points. Single tickets cannot be redeemed for 250 points.
Tickets are not confirmed until you receive an email from us, within 10 days of submission.
Requests are subject to availability.
Seating policy: Complimentary tickets are assigned to designated tables that may not appear on the public seating map. We’re unable to accommodate specific table or section requests.
Cancellations or point reinstatements are not permitted.
We will only respond to complete submissions with all requested information.
Requests from members with less than 500 points cannot be processed. Please check your points balance in your digital membership card.
Depending on the event, a food and beverage minimum may apply.
