Managing your City Winery Account

Your City Winery account is the easiest way to access your tickets, manage memberships, update personal information, and view your orders.

🔐How do I log into my account?

🎟️Where can I find my tickets?

💡Good to know: After purchasing a ticket on our website, you’ll receive an email from orders@sales.citywinery.com with access to your digital tickets.

🗓️ If the order was placed after December 15th, 2025

Log into your account and review your tickets' history.

1. Go to citywinery.com

2. Select the appropriate City Winery location

3. Log in to your account.

4. Once connected to your account, click the My Account menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

5. Click on Tickets Orders

6. You’ll find all your ticket purchases made after December 15th, 2025, listed here. Click on a ticket to view its details, download it, or add it to your mobile wallet.

 

🗓️ If the order was placed before December 15th, 2025

Log into your account and review your legacy orders history.

1. Go to citywinery.com

2. Select the appropriate City Winery location

3. Log in to your account.

4. Once connected to your account, click the My Account menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

5. Click on Legacy Orders.

6. You’ll find all your ticket purchases made before December 15th, 2025, listed here. 

 

💳How do I manage my membership? 

In the Membership section of your account, you can:

  • Manage your subscription (billing, renewals, cancellations)
  • View your Vinofile benefits
  • Update your memberhsip payment methods
  • Download your Digital Rewards Card to check your loyalty points balance.

📝How do I update my personal information? 

Under Account Management, you can update:

  • Your Personal Information related to tickets purchases: full name, postal address(used for ticket orders) → Go to Account Management / Ticket Personal Info

  • Your Personal Information related to Wine & Merch purchases: full name, shipping and billing address → Go to Account Management / Wine & Merch Personal Info

📧  If you need to update the email address linked to your account, please contact our team. We kindly ask that you do not create a new account, as this could cause issues in accessing your order history.
