Policy - Complimentary Tickets for 500 loyalty points

πŸ“ Policy 

  • You can redeem up to 2 tickets per show for a total of 500 points. Single tickets cannot be redeemed for 250 points.

  • All requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the show date.

  • Tickets are not confirmed until you receive an email from us, within 7 days of submission.

  • Requests are subject to availability.

  • Seating policy: Complimentary tickets are assigned to designated tables that may not appear on the public seating map. We’re unable to accommodate specific table or section requests.

  • Cancellations or point reinstatements are not permitted.

  • We will only respond to complete submissions with all requested information.

  • Requests from members with less than 500 points cannot be processed. Please check your points balance in your digital membership card.

  • While we do not require a two-item food & beverage minimum, we strongly encourage it. Most ticket revenue goes directly to the artist and production costs, so food and beverage purchases help support the staff, service, and atmosphere that make these intimate shows possible. The good news: we think you'll love the food and wine just as much as the show!
