Welcome to our City Winery Wine Shop guide! Whether you’re ordering wine online, picking up a bottle in person, or participating in our refillable growler program, here’s everything you need to know.

In addition to the many wines crafted by our in-house wine team, City Winery offers a world of exceptional wines from across the globe. Enjoy them while dining or attending a show, from the renowned vineyards of Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne to the best selections from New Zealand, Italy, and Spain.

📦 Wine Shipment Issues

If you experience any issues with your wine shipment, please email us at wine@citywinery.com

  • All shipments are handled from our New York location.

  • Every order is carefully packed by our dedicated team to ensure it arrives safely.

🛒 Finding Wines in Our Retail Shop

We’re continuously updating our online wine shop 🍇 to offer new selections.

  • If you don’t see a wine listed that you know we have (for example, you enjoyed it in-venue), don’t worry! As long as it’s not a location-specific tap wine (we only ship bottled wines 🍾), we can ship it directly to you. Contact us at wine@citywinery.com.

  • If you’re unsure whether a wine is available, just ask us—we’re happy to help! 🙌

🍾 Refillable Growler Program

Our refillable growler program makes enjoying your favorite wines easy and sustainable 🌿.

How it works:

  1. Purchase a growler to-go 🍷

    • Growlers are available for all tap wines offered at each location.

    • You can also purchase growlers in-venue or in the restaurant if you loved a particular glass of wine .

  2. Bring your empty growler back 🔄

    • You’ll receive $5 off your refill.

    • You don’t have to refill it with the same wine as before. For example:

      • First visit: Purchase a Rosé for $25 🍷

      • Next visit: Refill with a Sauvignon Blanc for $20 instead of $25 🍾

This program is designed to give you flexibility while enjoying our wines sustainably 🌱.
