Understanding Our Seat Map
When purchasing tickets for a City Winery event, our seat map allows you to see which seats are available and select your seats. Here’s how to use it:
✅ Viewing the Seat Map
- Visit our website and click Shows.
- Scroll through the calendar or use the search bar to find the show you’re interested in.
- Click on the show and then click Buy Tickets to view the seat map.
🎨 What the Seat Map Shows
- Tables: Colored squares or circles with numbers represent tables.
- Price Tiers: Different colors indicate different price tiers.
- Seats: Small dots surround each table to represent individual seats:
- Grey dots = seats that have already been purchased
- Blue dots = seats that are still available
- Grey dots = seats that have already been purchased
Most tables seat four people. If your group is larger than four, don’t worry! Tables are located close together, so you can purchase seats at an adjacent table to keep your group together.
♿ ADA Accessible Seats
- Seats marked with a wheelchair icon are ADA accessible.
- These are regular seats at regular tables. Chairs can be removed for guest using wheelchairs.
- Any guest is welcome to purchase and use these seats, but we try to keep them available for guests with mobility concerns whenever possible.
✨ Optional Add-Ons
Some shows offer an optional meet-and-greet add-on for an additional charge. If this applies to your show, you’ll have the option to add it when selecting your seat.
- If you’re not interested, simply click Proceed without selecting the meet-and-greet add-on.
- Then you can add additional seats or proceed to checkout.
💡 Things to Keep in Mind
- We are unable to alter the seat map layout.
- Larger groups may need to reserve seats at adjacent tables.
- ADA seats are prioritized for guests with mobility concerns.
- If you select a seat but exit the page without removing it from your cart, those seats will be held by our system for 20–30 minutes before reappearing on the seat map.
