# Refund & Cancellation Policy for Shows

### 🚫 If You Didn’t Purchase Ticket Protection

- All ticket sales are final.
- We do **not** issue refunds or store credit for purchased tickets.
- If you cannot attend, you have the option to transfer your tickets to another person.

- City Winery partners with **XCover** for ticket protection.
