My membership is for the wrong location / city. What can I do?

📍Good news! Even if your membership shows a different city, your Vinofile membership is valid at all City Winery locations and on our website. 

This means you can enjoy your benefits whether you’re visiting your home location, exploring another City Winery, or booking online.

 

Do I need to change my membership city?

In most cases, no! Your benefits travel with you, so there’s usually no need to update your membership city.

 

How to change your membership city

If you really want to switch your membership to a different location:

  • You must have reached the minimum commitment:

    • Yearly membership: 1 year

    • Monthly membership: 6 months

  • You would need to cancel your current membership for the original city and then subscribe again for the new city on our website.

💡 Tip: Because your membership works at every City Winery location, most members find they don’t actually need to change cities!
