I purchased tickets for the wrong show. How can I fix this?
If you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong show date, time, or City Winery location, our Guest Services team may be able to help!
When can we help?
- Our Guest Services team can assist only if you want to switch to a show featuring the same artist at City Winery.
- If the artist is playing multiple shows at City Winery, our Guest Services team may assist with rebooking your tickets.
- ⚠️ Important: Ticket exchanges are not possible if either the show you currently have tickets for, or the show you want to switch to, is sold out.
How to request a ticket change?
1. Fill out our contact form.
2. Provide your order details:
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Original show date and time
- Original City Winery location
4. Specify your desired tickets:
- New show date and time
- New City Winery location (if applicable)
