If you have accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong show date or time, our team may be able to help!
When can we help?
If the artist is playing multiple shows at City Winery, our Guest Services team may assist with rebooking your tickets.
💡 Ticket exchanges are not possible if either the show you currently have tickets for, or the show you want to switch to, is sold out.
How to request a ticket change
1. Fill out our contact form.
2. Provide your order details:
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
3. Include the original show date and time you booked.
4. Specify the show date and time you would like to move to.
