I can't find my ticket, what should I do?

Having trouble finding your City Winery digital tickets for an upcoming show? No problem, here’s a simple guide to help you locate them quickly, so you can enjoy your visit without any stress.

 

💲Check your bank statement

Look for any charges from City Winery to confirm your payment went through.

If you don’t see any charge on your statement, it means your order did not go through, and no tickets were issued. Please, visit our website to book tickets.

 

📧 Check your spam

Your digital tickets are sent from orders@sales.citywinery.com

Sometimes, tickets end up in your spam or junk folder.

 

💡 How to check my spam folder?

Gmail

  • Open Gmail on your computer or mobile app.
  • On the left-hand menu, scroll down and click Spam. (If you don’t see it, click More to expand the menu.)
  • Look for emails from City Winery.
  • If you find your ticket email, you can move it to your Inbox by clicking Not spam.

Outlook

  • Go to Outlook.com and log in.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Junk Email.
  • Look for emails from City Winery.
  • If you find your ticket email, right-click it and select Mark as not junk to move it to your Inbox.

 

 

👤Check your City Winery account

If the order was placed after December 15th, 2025

Log into your account and review your tickets' history, to see if your ticket appears there.

1. Go to citywinery.com

2. Select the appropriate City Winery location

3. Click Sign In to log in to your account.

4. Once connected to your account, click on "Hello Your Name" and then My Account

  • If you are on a computer: in the top-right corner of the screen
  • If you’re using a mobile device, tap the three-bar menu icon at the top left of the screen, then tap ‘Hello’ at the bottom left.

5. Click on Tickets Orders

6. You’ll find all your ticket purchases made after December 15th, 2025, listed here. Click on a ticket to view its details, download it, or add it to your mobile wallet.

 

If the order was placed before December 15th, 2025

Log into your account and review your legacy orders, to see if your ticket appears there.

1. Go to citywinery.com

2. Select the appropriate City Winery location

3. Click Sign In to log in to your account.

4. Once connected to your account, click on "Hello Your Name" and then My Account

  • If you are on a computer: in the top-right corner of the screen
  • If you’re using a mobile device, tap the three-bar menu icon at the top left of the screen, then tap ‘Hello’ at the bottom left.

5. Click on Legacy Orders.

6. You’ll find all your ticket purchases made before December 15th, 2025, listed here.
