How to Check the Status of Your Wine or Merchandise Order

You can easily check the status of any wine or merchandise order placed on our website by logging into your account. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account – Go to our website and enter the email and password associated with your City Winery account. More guidance to access your account here.🔑

2. Go to your account dashboard – Once logged in, click the My Account menu in the top-right corner of the screen. 👤

3. View your orders – Select Wine & Merch Orders from the menu. You’ll see the details of all your orders, including order status, items purchased, and tracking information (if available). 📦
