How Do I Request a Donation from City Winery?

To ensure all donation requests are reviewed consistently, we ask that all organizations submit their requests through our Philanthropy Request Form.

How to Submit a Donation Request

  1. Visit our Philanthropy page.
  2. Click on Request a Donation and complete the form with details about your organization and event.
  3. Submit the form for review.

All donation requests are carefully reviewed by our team. If your organization or event is selected for a donation opportunity, a member of our team will reach out using the contact information provided in your submission.

Important Information

  • Donation requests must be submitted through the official Philanthropy Request Form.
  • Requests submitted through Guest Services, social media, or other communication channels will be redirected to the form.
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.
