How can I transfer a ticket to someone else?
🎟️ If you can’t attend a show and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, follow these steps:
Step 1. Find your ticket email
Open the confirmation email you received from City Winery. This email includes a link to your digital tickets.
Your digital tickets are sent from orders@sales.citywinery.com
🔍 If you can’t find your ticket, no worries — just follow these steps.
Step 2. Click “Show Ticket”
In the email, select the Show Ticket button.
Step 3. Select “Transfer”
A new page will open with your ticket details. Click the 🔃 Transfer button.
Step 4. Enter recipient details
In the pop-up window, type the email address of the person you’d like to transfer the ticket to.
Step 5. Accept the transfer
The recipient will receive an email with instructions to accept the transfer. The ticket transfer is not complete until the recipient accepts it.
📩 Once the recipient accepts the transfer, your access to the ticket will be removed.
⌛ Transfers must be accepted within 7 days of being created.
