General Admission & Reserved Tickets: Everything you need to know

Depending on the event, tickets may come with different seating options. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your experience.

🎟️ General Admission (GA) Seating

Some performances offer General Admission (GA) seating, which means seats are not assigned in advance.

What GA Means

  • Your ticket guarantees entry and a seat at the event.

  • Seats are not pre-selected; you’ll choose when you arrive.

  • Seating is first-come, first-served.

We recommend arriving close to the door time, especially if:

  • You’re attending with a large group, or

  • You’d like more options for where to sit.

Arriving early gives you the best chance to pick the area you prefer.

🎟️Stage Premier General Admission

Some shows include a Stage Premier section in addition to standard GA.

  • Located closest to the stage

  • Still first-come, first-served within the section

  • Offers prime viewing, but seats are not assigned

🎟️Reserved Seating (Assigned Day of Event)

If your ticket says “Reserved Seating (assigned day of event)”, this is what it means:

  • You have a guaranteed seat, even if the show is sold out.

  • Your specific seat is assigned on the day of the event by our concierge team.

Important Details

  • Seats are assigned based on remaining availability.

  • Early arrival does not affect your seat placement.

  • We cannot guarantee exact seating locations, so please plan accordingly.

  • If purchasing multiple tickets, buy them in one transaction to help your group sit together.

🎟️Checking In

When you arrive:

  1. Scan your ticket at the door.

  2. Our concierge team will guide you to your assigned seat (if applicable) or the GA area.
