Can I change or Upgrade my seat?

Good news! If your show is not sold out and seating is still available, our Guest Services team may be able to review a request to change or upgrade your seats.

However, please note that seat changes are not guaranteed, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

When can I request a seat change?

We may be able to consider your seat change request if:

  • The show is not sold out.
  • The seats you’d like are still available.
  • Your request is submitted with enough advance notice.

How to Request a Seat Change or Upgrade

1. Fill out our contact form.

2. Include your original order details:
  • Order Number
  • Email address used to place the order
3. Specify the table number and seats you’d like to move to.

Our team will review your request and let you know if we can accommodate it.
