# Accessibility for City Winery Shows

City Winery is proud to provide accommodation for those with differing accessibility needs. We are committed to making our venues fully accessible and welcoming to everyone.

### ♿ Accessible Seating

- Accessible seating is available in every section and is marked with the **wheelchair symbol** on our seat maps.
- Prices for accessible seats correspond to the section they are located in.
- For **General Admission or Standing Room Only** events, if you need accessible accommodations, please contact us so our team can assist in reserving seats.

### 🧏 Sign Language Interpreters

- We are able to coordinate **sign language interpreters** for events.
- Please contact us at least **2 weeks in advance** to arrange these services.

### 🐾 Service Animals

- Service animals are welcome at City Winery.
- We recommend arriving early to ensure that you and your service animal can comfortably access your seats.

### 👂 Ear Protection & Menu Assistance

- **Earplugs** are available at the box office.
- Our servers are happy to read menu options for sight-impaired guests.
- Sight-impaired guests are encouraged to **arrive early** to ensure comfortable seating and ordering.

### 🏢 Venue-Specific Notes

- **Pittsburgh:** Balcony seats **do not have elevator access**.
- **Boston:** ADA entrance is located at the **corner of New Chardon St and N Washington St**.
- **Nashville:** Balcony seats are all high-top tables. There is an elevator to the second floor for the Lounge.
- **Philadelphia**: There is an elevator down to the Main Venue.
- **Atlanta:** The venue is fully accessible, and does not require stairs for any part of the venue
- **NYC—Pier 57**: There is an elevator to the second floor for The Balcony and The Loft.
